1.Sample Development – We make the first sample based on your reference photos, sample, and size chart.
2.Fit Review – You check the sample and give feedback after fitting.
3.Sample Revision –We revise the sample until it is approved.
4.Size Set Samples –We make samples in all sizes for approval.
5.Order Confirmation –After size set approval, you place the order and pay the deposit.
6.Pre-Production Sample –We make a PP sample before bulk production.
7.Bulk Production –Production starts after PP sample approval.
8.Shipping Sample –We send you a shipping sample with packaging details.
9.Final Payment & Shipment –After order completion, you pay the balance and we arrange shipment.

• Sample Production: 7-10 business days after design confirmation
• Bulk Production: 30-45 days after formal production begins (post-deposit and approval).
